Accessible & Adaptive Boudoir Photography

Because Sacred Authenticity Doesn’t Have a Prerequisites List

stop me if you’ve heard this…

You’ve probably already decided this isn’t for you.

Maybe it’s your body. Maybe it’s your brain. Maybe it’s the way you move, or the way you process, or the way you’ve learned to make yourself smaller in spaces that weren’t built with you in mind.

Maybe you’ve never seen someone who looks or functions like you in a boudoir portfolio. And you drew the obvious conclusion.

Here’s what I want to tell you: that conclusion is wrong.

This studio doesn’t have an accessibility protocol.

What it has is a photographer who genuinely believes that every person — every body, every brain, every nervous system, every mobility situation, every sensory reality — carries inherent dignity worth witnessing.

Sessions are built around momentum, not minutes. There’s no clock. There’s no checklist of poses you have to get through. If you need more time, we take more time. If you need to stop, we stop. If you need to know exactly what’s coming next, I’ll tell you. If you need me to stop telling you what’s coming next, I’ll do that instead.

The session moves at your pace. Full stop.

Bodies, too.

Chronic illness. Mobility differences. Chronic pain. Fatigue. The body that doesn’t do what other people’s bodies do, or what yours used to do, or what you wish it would.

I don’t need your body to perform for me. I need your body to show up. That’s it. We figure out the rest together.

The honest version.

I don’t have a formal diagnosis. I have a lifetime of being the gifted kid who couldn’t quite land — the one with seventeen projects going and none of them finished on deadline, the one who felt everything too much and processed nothing quite right.

I’m still figuring out my own wiring. Which means I’m not coming to this from a clinical framework. I’m coming to it from the inside.

You don’t have to have your paperwork in order to belong here. You don’t have to be able to name what makes spaces hard for you. You don’t have to perform functional for me before I’ll take you seriously.

You just have to show up. We’ll figure out the rest together.

What I can promise:

  • No time pressure. Sessions move at your pace, full stop.
  • No surprise touches. I will always ask before I adjust anything.
  • No forced poses. We work with your body, not against it.
  • No judgment about what you need. Tell me, and we’ll figure it out.
  • Complete privacy. Nothing from your session is shared without a separately signed release.

What I can’t promise:

I don’t have a formal accessibility certification. If you have specific medical or mobility needs that require specialized equipment or training I don’t have, I’ll tell you honestly rather than say yes and fall short.
But I will always have the conversation. And I will never make you feel like your needs are an inconvenience.

The consultation is free. And it’s just a conversation.

No obligation. No pressure. Just a chance to ask your questions, tell me what you need, and decide if this feels right.

FAQ

No. You don’t owe me your medical history. If there’s something that will help me serve you better, you’re welcome to share it — but it’s never required. The consultation is a conversation, not an intake form.

That’s fine. Most people don’t. We’ll talk through it together during the consultation and figure it out as we go. There’s no checklist you have to complete before you’re allowed to book.

Yes. If having someone you trust in the room helps you feel safe and present, they’re welcome. We’ll talk about how that works during the consultation.

We stop. No questions, no pressure, no charge for time lost. Your comfort is not negotiable.

The studio is on the ground floor with one step at the entrance. If you have specific mobility needs, tell me during the consultation and we’ll talk through what’s possible. If something is outside what I can do well, I’ll tell you honestly.
