mIsFiTs Like ME is a boudoir, art nude, and kink/BDSM photography studio located in downtown Belleville, Illinois, operated by Matthew Kauffmann, Certified Professional Photographer. Our website is misfitslikeme.com.
What we collect
We may collect the following information when you interact with our website, inquiry forms, or services:
Your name, email address, and phone number when you submit an inquiry or book a session. Payment information processed securely through our payment processor — we do not store card numbers. Photos and images created during your session, used only as agreed with you in writing. Communications you send us through email, contact forms, or HoneyBook. Information you provide through the Aftercare Room app, including assessment responses and AI conversations.
What we do with it
Your information is used to communicate with you about your session, process payments, deliver your images, and provide aftercare support through the Aftercare Room. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services — for example, our gallery delivery platform, payment processor, and scheduling tools.
Your images
Your session images belong to you. We will not publish, share, or use your images in any marketing without your explicit written consent. You may request a model release agreement at any time. Refusal to sign a model release has no effect on your session or your image delivery.
The Aftercare Room
The Aftercare Room is an AI-assisted support space powered by Rocky AI. Conversations with mIlDrEd are stored on Rocky AI’s platform. Matthew Kauffmann has administrative access and may review conversations only to improve coaching content quality. Conversations will never be shared, published, or used to identify you.
mIlDrEd is an AI, not a therapist or counselor. Nothing in the Aftercare Room constitutes mental health treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
Cookies and website data
Our website may use cookies for basic analytics and functionality. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Data retention
